Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (including this EULA) govern your access to and use of the Planmasta mobile application and related services.

By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and comply with applicable laws when using the Services.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. License (EULA)

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Planmasta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the app, code, models, or any Planmasta intellectual property.

• No sublicensing, renting, leasing, distributing, or reselling the app.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where law permits despite this limitation.
• No circumvention of technical restrictions, paywalls, usage limits, or security controls.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or use generated outputs in violation of law or third-party rights.

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Do not use the Services to harass, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not interfere with app performance, reliability, or availability.

5. User Content and Prompts

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to rights needed for Planmasta to operate the Services.

You grant Planmasta a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content for service delivery, security, support, and legal compliance.

6. Generated Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific use cases. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

Planmasta does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, legal sufficiency, or fitness of generated output for your purposes.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features require paid subscriptions or credits. Pricing and available plans may change over time.

Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to applicable platform rules and local law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, are owned by Planmasta or its licensors and protected by law.

• Planmasta and related marks are protected trademarks.
• No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers (for example, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, payment systems, and social integrations).

Planmasta is not responsible for third-party products, sites, or services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planmasta and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you to Planmasta for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or the minimum amount required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Planmasta, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or if required by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain obligations survive termination, including payment obligations, IP protections, and liability limitations.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law designated by Planmasta in user-facing legal disclosures, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute process, venue, or arbitration requirement will apply as permitted by law and consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
